I’m a proud North Carolinian and graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. After years of dedicating myself to raising my two now-grown children, I consider myself "retired," though I remain available for consulting projects. I currently live in Charlotte, NC with my husband and our beloved pup, Maisie, and enjoy spending time at Folly Beach, SC.
My deep roots in Southern culture have been a constant inspiration, especially in my writing. Heart of the Green Leaf, my debut novel, draws from those experiences, exploring historical, mental health, and family themes. I write for young teens, young adults, and women, offering a heartfelt glimpse of the South on every page.
